Del Monte Foods: An Easier Way to BuyDel Monte Foods, one of the world’s largest consumer products companies, was seeking to replace their longtime provider of company merchandise. Their criteria: a provider that could not only build and administer an on-line company store, but could also stock and ship merchandise, and provide quality customer service to all of their employees. The ResultYBH built an online store where Del Monte employees can purchase branded merchandise and apparel, and have it shipped within one business day. The merchandise, which includes both seasonal and permanent items, incorporates the updated Del Monte logo and is also available through a printed, full-color catalog. With this easier access, orders have increased — as well as employee pride in wearing Del Monte's branded apparel. |
